NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec), the 50 United States, and Mexico who are 18 years of age or older (or age of majority in their jurisdiction) at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

  1. Contest Period: Begins Thursday December 11th 2025 12:00AM and ends Sunday January 4th 2026 11:59PM   (“Contest Period”). All times EST.
  1. Eligibility: Excludes employees, agents, officers of Sponsor and immediate family/household members. One (1) entry per person/account. Multiple/fake accounts disqualify entrants. Subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws.

  1. Prize: One (1) winner will receive a signed VHS copy of 48 Hours in Purgatory (ARV $60 CAD / ~$44 USD each). Total ARV: $100 CAD. Odds depend on entries received. Prizes non-transferable; no cash equivalent. Sponsor ships internationally to the winner verified address in eligible regions (shipping/tracking costs covered; delivery estimates 7-21 days).
  1. Winner Selection: On January 5th 2026, Sponsor selects 1 winner by random draw from eligible entries. Decisions final. Winners notified via DM within 3 days of contest closing; The winner must respond within 48 hours or forfeit.
  1. Prize Claim: Canadian winner must correctly answer a skill-testing question (math-based) before prize is awarded. US/Mexico winners may be required to sign an affidavit/release. Must provide full name/verified address for shipping.
  1. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify entries, or cancel/modify if fraud/technical issues. Entrants release Sponsor/Instagram from liability. Quebec residents ineligible without registration (Sponsor not registering). Shipping limitations apply (e.g., no PO boxes; duties/taxes winner’s responsibility).
